A virtual kitchen is when a restaurant's orders are fulfilled by another business's physical facility. In this case, Pretzel Palace orders are fulfilled, picked up, and delivered from Thirst stores. Thirst employees use the extra time they have from Pretzel Palace orders being placed ONLINE ONLY to provide a deeper menu of fresh baked soft pretzels!

Our "pretzel bar" is our full service soft pretzel catering. For this, we bake your pretzels at our bakery right before the event. and then our team comes out and serves them at your event! We provide everything including tables, linens, menu, serving supplies, labels and display! We keep warm buttered bites in a warmer on a table and when your guests come up, we top them with cinnamon sugar, salt, or parmesan. We also provide one dipping sauce per guest for them to choose from: nacho cheese, marinara, or icing. We serve the pretzel bites in 14 oz clear cups with a clear dome lid. The portions are about 6-8 bites per person.

About Us
Hello! We are the Pretzel Palace and we are a virtual brand that was created by Thirst! We can make all kinds of fresh baked soft pretzel items at Thirst, but we can't offer them all full time at our stores because we want to ensure our drive thru times remain speedy! BUT when our customers order from us on the Pretzel Palace, we use the extra time we have by orders being placed ONLINE ONLY, to offer our FULL pretzel menu!
We created this fun virtual brand to be able to offer our customers a FULL MENU of FRESH BAKED soft pretzel items through the Pretzel Palace!
The Pretzel Palace is available for pre-ordered store pickup or delivery only because we do not keep the product hot and ready at all times. When we receive each order, we make it fresh!
This concept is called a VIRTUAL KITCHEN! A brand that exists only online only but doesn't have a brick and mortar where customers can visit to order.
